NTA Result of National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2025
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) for admission to the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in selected Central/State Universities/Institutions including IITs, NITs, RIEs, and Government Colleges for the Academic Session 2025–26.
The NCET 2025 was conducted on 29 April 2025 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in 155 cities across the country and in 13 mediums in two shifts. A total of 54470 candidates registered for the examination, out of which 44927 candidates appeared.
The Question Papers were available in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. This multilingual approach was designed to ensure that candidates from different regions could comfortably take the exam in their preferred medium.
Candidates were given the opportunity to view their responses and challenge the Provisional Answer Keys between 20 May and 22 May 2025. A total of 191 challenges for 124 questions (across 19 subjects) were received and evaluated by expert panels. Based on their recommendations, answer key for three questions were updated in the Final Answer Keys, which were then used for result processing. 2025. The results / NTA Scores for the NCET 2025 are being declared today i.e. 16 June 2025 (Monday).
