Provisional Select List of candidate/s for the various posts advertised vide Advertisement No. DDCR/Plg/2025-26/1929 dated 24-07-2025 under Mission YUVA (District Ramban).

Whereas, the office of the District Development Commissioner Ramban has advertised for various posts under Mission YUVA vide no. DDCR/Plg/2025-26/1929 dated 24-07-2025 with last date of application as 23-08-2025.

Whereas, upon the preliminary verification of the documents of all the candidates, only 05 candidates were found qualified for Interview as per set criteria mentioned in guideline Clause No. 4.3.1.

Whereas the Interview of the qualified candidates was scheduled on 07-10-2025 vide Interview Notice No. DECC/Rbn/2025-26/467-70 dated 03-10-2025.

Whereas the interview of the candidates was conducted by the Interview Panel Constituted vide order no. DCR/Rbn/PS/2025-26/95-96 Dated 03-10-2025, on 07-10-2025 at VC Room DC office Ramban.

Whereas, out of 05 Candidates, 2 candidates bearing S. No. 2-Iqra Jan and S. No 5-Adil Shakeel Masoodi, in the Interview Notice, remained absent on the date of interview. Hence were not qualified.

Whereas, upon physical verification of documents of the two candidates at S. No. 1-Ramiz Raja and S. No. 4-Irfan Ganai, in the Interview notice, it has been found that they were possessing less than 60% marks in the qualifying Graduation Degree, hence were rejected by the Interview Panel being ineligible.

Now therefore, on the basis of performance in the interview, weightage earned in respect of the academic merit, qualifications, experience and all other relevant parameters, the merit of the eligible candidate/s is enclosed herewith Annexure to this Notification.

Consequent upon the details given here-in-above, the following candidate is provisionally selected against the available post.

The selection of the candidate is purely provisional and is subject to the outcome of writ petition(s) pending before any competent Court of Law.
The selection is provision and objections if any, may be submitted to this office within 05 days for examination and disposal. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained. After 05 days from the date of issuance of this notification.
