Provisional selection list of AWH Gandhi Nagar

Provisional Selection List for the post of Sahayikas(Anganwadi Helpers) and inviting objections ‘if any’ thereof.

Whereas, Vide Advertisement Notification No. 03 of 2023, dated: 25.08.2023, 06 (Six) number of posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Gandhi Nagar in pursuance of HR policy as notified Vide Govt. Order No: 103-JK (SWD) of 2023, dated: 28-04-2023 read with Govt. Order No. 222-JK (SWD) of 2022, dated: 30-11-2022.

Whereas, the tentative/ provisional selection list in respect of 03 number of posts of Anganwadi helpers has been framed &
detailed as Annexure ‘A’ excluding for 03 Anganwadi Centres, i.e.,

1. AWC Shastri Nagar Juggian, Municiapal Ward No. 22.

2. AWC Trikuta Nagar-C, Municipal Ward No. 53.

3. AWC Trikuta Nagar Extension, Municipal Ward No. 53, due to non-receipt of application forms.

Now, therefore, objections if any with regard to Merit/ residential Status/ Qualification / Marks/ Date of Birth etc. are hereby
called in writing from the general public/ applicants of the concerned Municipal Ward against the tentative/ Provisional Selection
list (Annexure-A) reach this office i.e., Child Development Project Office Gandhi Nagar, Jammu within ten days positively from the
date of issuance of this notice.
