Provisional Selection List of Candidates for the post of Senior Resident in the department of OBS & Gynae

Reference No : Advertisement Notice No. 18 of 2025 dated: 04.03.2025.

As recommended by the selection committee, the following candidates who have applied for the post of senior Resident/ Registrar in the discipline of OBS & Gynae, GMC Rajouri are hereby provisionally selected.

Note :

1. This is a provisional selection list which shall be subject to change (s) and shall not confer any right to selection which will be finalized only after receiving the satisfactory report of the academic qualifications and CID verification from the concerned competent authority and consequently the salary shall be drawn in their favor.

2. The above-mentioned candidates are hereby informed that they can join in the office of the undersigned within seven (07) days positively. The appointment order shall be issued separately.

3. The selection of the candidates is initially for a period of one (01) year which can be further extended upto three (03) years on the basis of satisfactory performance. Salary shall not be drawn till the Registration Certificates (MBBS and additional degree certificate) are received.

4. The selection of the second candidate is based on the increased workload in the Department of OBS & Gynae and frequent crisis occurring in the department leading to patient doctor conflict because of shortage of faculty and also as per the direction of Hon’ble Health Minister of Jammu & Kashmir (Madam Sakina Itoo) for H&ME to shift OBS & Gynae department to old hospital building Mandi Rajouri during her visit to the department of OBS & Gynae GMC Rajouri
