Revised Provisional Selection List for 02 posts of SANGINIS(Anganwadi Worker) Advertised Vide Notice NO; 01 of 2023, dated: 16-05-2023, Municipal ward No: 45 and inviting objections thereof.
Whereas, Vide Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2023, dated: 16.05.2023 & Advertisement Notification No. 02 of 2023, Dated: 24-05-2023, 38 (Thirty-Eight) number of posts of SANGINIS (Anganwadi Worker) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Gandhi Nagar in pursuance of HR policy as notified Vide Govt. Order No: 103-JK (SWD) of 2023, dated: 28-04-
2023 read with Govt Order No. 222-Jk (SWD) of 2022, dated: 30-11-2022
Whereas, Provisional selection list for 32 posts of Anganwadi workers was published vide this office Communication No; CDPO/GN/ 253-61/2023, dated: 28-06-2023 for inviting objections from general public.
Whereas, recommended by District Programme Officer, poshan Jammu Vide NO: DPOJ/Poshan/1212-1226/2023, dated: 20-07-2023 & Subsequent approval by Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu Vide No: ADDCJ/2023-24/705-07, dated: 25-07-2023, the Final selection list of 26 number of Anganwadi centers were finalized & Approved by the Committee for their engagement as SANGINIS ( Anganwadi Worker) Vide No: CDPO/GN/ 473-76/2023, dated. 03-08-2023.
Whereas, objections were received against provisional selection in Municipal Ward No: 45, investigation was made as per contents of objections by District level selection committee & provisional selection for 02 posts of Sanginis of Anganwadi centres i.e Proper Digiana & Preet Nagar-C Municipal ward No; 45 has been revised by the selection Committee vide No;DPOJ/Poshan/1609-11, dated:
14-08-2023, whereby Meena saini W/O Vicky saini R/o Kothey Sainina Tehsil Bishnah provisionally selected for Preet Nagar -C, Municipal Ward NO; 45, has been disqualified on the ground that she has been married out of Municipal Ward NO: 45.
Provisional selection of Tania chowdhary W/O Fazeel Ahmed is recommended for Anganwadi centre preet Nagar-C, Municipal ward No; 45 (instead of Proper digiana, Municipal Ward no; 45).
The Provisional selection for remaining 04 Anganwadi Centres of Municipal ward No; 45( i.e, Anganwadi centre: Preet Nagar-A, Digiana-A, Digiana-C, Rani Talab Digiana) shall remain same as published vide No: CDPO/GN/253-61/2023, dated; 28-06-2023. As recommended by District Level selection Committee, the revised provisional selection list is hereby finalized and published in public
domain again for objections ‘if any’ are hereby called in writing from the general public/ applicants of the concerned Municipal Ward No: 45 against the Revised tentative/ Provisional Selection list for two posts of Anganwadi Workers within ten days positively from the date of issuance of this notice.
Hence, revised provisional selection list for 02 posts of SANGINIS (Anganwadi Workers) for Anganwadi Centres Proper Digiana & Preet Nagar-C is hereby enclosed at Annexure-A). DIP/J-7111 SD Dated: 19/08/2023 Child Development Project.
