Final Selection List regarding Engagement of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) Jammu
Whereas, vide Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2023, Dated 24-05-2023, 17 (seventeen) number of posts of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) were advertised for filling up of the vacant posts in Poshan Project Satwari in pursuance to the Govt. Order No. 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 Dated 28-04-2023 read with Human Resource Policy for the Recruitment of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers issued vide Govt. Order No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 Dated 30-11-2022.
Whereas, 26 (twenty-six) number of applications were received for the vacant post of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) for various Anganwadi Centres in Poshan Project Satwari.
Whereas no application form has been received against 01 (one) advertised post of Sahayika at AWC Parladhpur A, Panchayat Parladpur. The same has been re-advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2023, Dated: 31-07-2023.
Whereas, 01 (one) advertised post remained vacant in AWC Chatha Pind B, Panchayat Chatha Pind as the applicant doesn’t belong to the same Panch Ward for which the post was advertised.
Whereas, after detailed scrutiny of received applications by the members of Selection Committee constituted in pursuance to the Govt. Order No. 103-JK(SWD) of 2023, Dated: 28-04-2023 read with Human Resource Policy for the Recruitment of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers issued vide Govt. Order No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022, Dated 30-11-2022 and as per eligibility conditions mentioned in the aforementioned advertisement notification, the Provisional Selection List of 15 (fifteen) candidates was prepared /approved by the above referred Selection Committee in its meeting held on 27.07.2023.
Whereas, this Office had published Provisional Selection List of Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in the dailies vide Office Letter No. CDPO/SAT/432-442/2023-24, Dated 28-07-2023 for inviting objections from the general public, if any.
Whereas, for one (01) post of Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper) for Anganwadi Center Surechak A, Ward No. 01, Panchayat Surechak, an objection was received. To verify the facts, a report has been sought from the concerned Department (FCS&CA) and on the basis of the report received, such post was withheld and shall be re-advertised by the unanimous decision taken by the Selection Committee in the meeting held on10-08-2023.
Whereas, for one (01) post of Sahayika (Anganwadi Helper) for Anganwadi Center Makwal A, W. No. 06, Panchayat Makwal, the applicant namely Ms. Usha Kumari Kattal W/o Mr. Jasbinder Kumar, R/o W. No. 06, Makwal had submitted an application on 09-08-2023 to the office of the undersigned to withdraw her candidature for the said post due to personal reasons. The same has been accepted by the Selection Committee and it has been decided unanimously by the Selection Committee in the meeting held on 10.08.2023 that the candidate appearing in the list at Position No. 02 namely Ms. Anu Bala W/o Jagdish Kumar R/o W. No 06, Makwal shall be selected in the Final Selection List for the said post.
Therefore, in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders i.e. Govt. Order No. 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 Dated 28-04-2023 read with Human Resource Policy for the Recruitment of Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers issued vide Govt. Order No. 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 Dated 30-11-2022, the Selection Committee in its meeting held on 10-08-2023 decided to publish the Selection List of 14 (fourteen) candidates as Sahayikas (Anganwadi Helpers) in Poshan Project Satwari. The Final Selection List is hereby enclosed as Annexure “A.
