Provisional/Tentative Merit List/Select List regarding engagement of Sahayikas (AWHs)
Whereas vide this office Advertisement Notice No.01 of 2023 dated 12-05-2023, followed by No CDPO/D/2023-24/97 dated 31-05-2023,applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 08 vacant posts of Sahayikas ( AWHs) Project Duggan.
Whereas 30 candidates have applied against 08 available vacant post of Sahayikas (AWHs) in project Duggan.
Whereas the scrutinization of applications form was fixed on 24-07-2023 vide office letter No .CDPO/D/2023-24/156-57 dated 17-7-2023.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particular of all the candidates who have applied vide above referred to advertisement notification have been checked/scrutinized on dated 09-08-2023 by the committee constituted vide Govt. order No. 109-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated 28-04-2023 and Govt. order No.222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022.
Whereas the provisional/Tentative /select list as per Annexure-A and Annexure -B to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 17-08-2023, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt. order 103-JK(SWD) OF 2023 Dated 28-04-2023 and Govt. order NO 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated 30-11-2022, No SWD-ICDS/43/2022 dated 14-08-2023 ,MDP/Estt/M27-2023/25398-25539 dated 17-08-2023.
Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. order, the provisional/Tentative merit list /select List Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively is hereby published for the information of general public and all concerned.
Grievance(s) /Objection(s) (if any) may be communicated to this office within ten days from the date of publication of this notification. No grievance(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification.
