Provisional/Tentative Merit List of AWHs Basohli

Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional/Tentative Selection List regarding engagement of Sahayikas (AWHs).

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 06 of 2023 dated: 07-10-2023, applications were invited from eligible female candidates against 03 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Anganwadi Centre, W.No. 2 Basohli, W.No. 5 Basohli and W.No. 6A Basohli of Poshan Project Basohli.

Whereas 08 candidates have applied against 03 available vacant post of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Poshan Project Basohli. Whereas the scrutinization of application forms was fixed on 19-01-2024.

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 19-01-2024 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No: -103 —JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 —JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.

Whereas the Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional/Tentative Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 19-01-2024, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 , Govt Order No :222 —JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-11-2022and Social Welfare Department, J&K, Office Letter No. SWD-ICDS/43/2022 dated: 14-08-2023 .

Therefore, in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt Orders, the Provisional/Tentative Merit List and Provisional /Tentative Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively is hereby published for the information of general public and all concerned. Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any), may be communicated to this Office within ten days from the date of publication of this notification/List. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list.
