Whereas, applications were invited for filling up of 48 vacancies in Revenue Department District Baramulla vide advertisement Notice No. DCB/Estt/2013-14/Rect/Class-IV/562-576 dated 25/10/2013; Whereas, the corrigendum was issued where under it was clarified that instead of 06 posts of ST category included in the above referred advertisement notice only 05 posts are vacant under ST Category

Whereas, 4839 applications were received against 48 Class IV posts in the Revenue Department in response to advertisement Notice referred above.;

Whereas, the short list in the ratio of 1:10 on the basis of academic merit obtained in 10111 and 12t” on pro- rata basis was prepared and published for inviting objections from other eligible candidates who had applied for the said posts

Whereas, 447 candidates were shortlisted and were called for interview vide No. DCB/N/Estt/687 dated 05/11/2015;

Whereas, viva-voce was conducted by constituted committee from 27/02/2016 to 27/02/2016

Whereas; provisional selection list was notified vide this office notice No. DCB/Class-IV/Revenue/2017/219-20 dated 29/06/2017 and objections were invited regarding the said provisional selection list; Whereas; in response to this office notice No. DCB/Class-IV/Revenue /2017/219-20 dated 29/06/2017 Seven (07) claims / objections were received, which subsequently after thorough perusal were disposed off strictly under recruitment rules.

Now, in view of the above, the final selection list of the candidates for Class- IV posts in Revenue Department District Baramulla is hereby notified as per the details given in Annexure A,B,C, and D to this notice.
