Selection list under SRO 202 for the post of Junior Librarian of School Education Department, District Cadre Srinagar, Kupwara, Kulgam, Ganderbal, Budgam, Bandipora, Anantnag, Pulwama and Baramulla, item Nos. 110, 107, 106, 105, 104, 102, 101, 108 and 103 respectively
The following two candidates who have been selected as Jr. Librarian under SRO 202 of 2015, dated. 30/06/2015, have been informed by this Directorate vide office Notification No. DSEK/NT/ SSB/562/2018/AII/1070-72, dated. 02/08/2018, to submit their requisite documents/testimonials within stipulated period of time but they have failed to do so; now they are given final opportunity to deposit the following original as well as self attested set of certificates/testimonials in this Directorate within (07) seven days positively from
the date of publication of this notification in the press for processing of issuance of their appointment orders, after due verification of genuineness of certificates from the issuing authorities, failing which it shall be construed that the candidates are not willing to join the department and next candidates in queue under waiting list wherever applicable shall be considered.
- Qualification Marks certificate Academic/Technical of all classes.
- Permanent Residence certificate.
- Valid Category certificate.
- No Loan certificate from DIC, self employment.
- Health certificate from CMO concerned.
- Undertaking on the devised format available on the Directorate website (dsek.nic.in) duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class.
This Notification is issued without prejudice to any writ petition(s)/suit(s), if any pending before the Hon’ble High Court or any other Court of Law or any order which may not be presently within the knowledge of this Directorate.
