Selection List of AWH Duggan
Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 01 of 2023 dated: 12-05-2023, applications were invited from eligible female candidate against 08 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Poshan Project, Duggan.
Whereas 30 candidates have applied against 08 available vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) in Poshan Project, Duggan.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 26-07-2023 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No: – 103 — JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 —JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.
Whereas vide this Office advertisement Notice No. 04 of 2023 dated 17-08-2023, the provisional /tentative select list regarding engagement of Sahayikas have been published in two newspapers, Daily Excelsior and Dainik Jagran, dated 01.09.2023.
Whereas the copy of the provisional/tentative select list was provided to Sarpanchs concerned and also pasted at other locations as mentioned in aforementioned Government Orders.
Whereas the necessary riders/observations were put against the candidatures of 5 candidates in the List of all candidates and Provisional Select list by the Selection Committee.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this notification No. 04 of 2023 dated 17-08-2023, in Daily Excelsior and Dainik Jagran dated 01-09-2023, the riders/observations are omitted against 02 candidates in List of all candidates by the Selection Committee.
Whereas after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this Notification No. 04 of 2023 dated: 17-08-2023 in Daily Excelsior and Dainik Jagran dated 01-09-2023, No objection has been received by this office for any Anganwadi centre advertised under Notification No. 01 of 2023 dated: 12.05.2023.
Therefore in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt Orders i.e., Govt Order No: – 103 —1K(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 – JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022, the Select List of 08 candidates is hereby published a: Annexure-A for the information of general public and all concerned.
For Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any), the appeal in this regard shall lie before Deputy Commissioner, Kathua, within 10 days from the date of issuance of this notification/list. No Grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list
