Selection list of candidates for Posts in OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR FOOD, CIVIL SUPPLIES & CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, J&K
In pursuance to Govt. Order No. 92-FCS&CA of 2017 dated 24-04-2017 and subsequently vide this office No. DFCS&CAK IN /17/822-23 dated 18-05-2017, applications for hiring of manpower for End to End computerization of TPDS “operation purely on need basis for a period of (6) six months were invited from eligible candidates of district Srinagar.
Whereas, some deficiencies were detected during the scrutunization of the documents of some candidates and subsequently vide Notification No. DFCS&CAK/N/17/980-82 dated 22-06-2017 such candidates were asked to deposit such deficit documents till 27-06-2017. Following this letter, few candidates deposited the required deficit documents after which a Pre-final list was prepared and accordingly the same was published in the leading News papers of Kashmir Valley for objections if any upto 26-07-2017 vide Notification No. DFCS&CAK/ADN/17/1078 dated 18-07-2017.
Whereas, the recruitment committee has decided the pattern for short listing of the candidates in the ratio of 1:5 in order to provide the opportunity to the maximum candidates as per the following weightage to their respective academic qualification
| 1. | 10+2 | = | 60 Points. |
| 2. | 1 Year Diploma/Degree in Computer Applications | = | 20 Points. |
| 3. | Viva Voice | = | 20 Points. |
Whereas, this office received a considerable number of objections in the shape of applications as well as in person and after proper scrutunization of their documents, the final list was hereby framed for interview and which was accordingly held w.e.f 21-07-2017 to 31-08-2017.
Whereas, the selection list has been framed/prepared on the basis of the academic merit as well as performance in the interview and as such, Sanction is hereby accorded for provisional list of the candidates for “End to End Computerization under TPDS” operation purely on need basis for a period of Six months as is shown in the Annexure ‘A’
The selected candidates shall report to the office of the undersigned within 7 days from the date of issuance of this notification and after the expiry of the stipulated time, the selection of such candidates shall be treated as cancelled and the candidates from the waiting list shall be considered accordingly.
The selected candidates have to deposit original documents of their academic as well as technical qualifications in the office of the undersigned at the time of joining as well as the Character certificate issued by the concerned Police Station, besides, any candidate found guilty, impersonating of submitting fabricated documents or making false or incorrect information rendered by him/her is liable for criminal prosecution under the Law.
