Selection list of candidates under different posts of One Stop Center In District Ramban
FINAL NOTIFICATION
Whereas, this office has issued advertisement notice vide No: DSWO/R/Estt/1088-1093/2024-25, dated: 27-07-2024 for engagement of Human Resource for One Stop Center (OSC) for Women, District Ramban.
Whereas, a total of 10 candidates were called for interview for different posts viz Psycho-Social Counselor and Case Worker (1 post each)
Whereas, interviews were conducted on 18.11.2024 and accordingly the Selection List for the posts of Case Worker and Psycho-Social Counsellor has been finalized and is hereby appended as Annexure “A” to this Final Notification,
Now, the selected candidates shall be required to report in the office of the District Social Welfare Officer Ramban (Nodal Officer OSC) within 07 days along with the requisite documents for temporary engagement in OSC Ramban.
In case any candidate fails to report within the mentioned period, the engagement order shall be cancelled, and the candidate next in merit shall be given the option to join.
The engagement of candidates shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. Temporary/Contractual Basis:
The engagement shall be purely on temporary/contractual basis on consolidated salary for providing round-the-clock (24×7) duties, initially for a period of one year which may be extendable subject to satisfactory performance, continuation of the scheme, and funding from the Government of India.
2. Termination Clause:
The engagement, being purely temporary/contractual arrangement, shall be terminable if the performance is not satisfactory as assessed by the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate/Deputy Commissioner Ramban or if the candidate indulges in any anti-national/anti-social activity/misadventure.
3. No Claim for Permanent Absorption:
There shall be no rights to seek permanent absorption in any department or regularization of any sort. An affidavit for the same duly attested by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class is required to be submitted before joining.
4. Verification of Documents:
The selection shall be subject to verification of all original documents from concerned University and also Character Antecedents from CID and in case any adverse report is received regarding the documents produced by the candidates, the appointment of the candidates shall be terminated ab-initio. The concerned DDO shall not draw the remuneration till all the verification reports of qualification and antecedents are received from the concerned agencies/institutions.
5. Submission of Original Documents:
The DSWO Ramban (Nodal Officer OSC) shall allow the candidates to join after the production of the following certificates in original:
Academic Qualification Certificate
Date of Birth Certificate
NOC from DIC, JKEDI, DECC
Character Certificate from concerned Police Station
