As recommended by the selection committee constituted for the conduct of interview for the posts of Junior Resident, the candidates provisionally selected for the post of Junior Resident in various discipline is enclosed as per Annexure -A.

Candidates are directed to report within 21 days of issuance of this notice. Failing which their candidature shall be cancelled without any prior notice and candidate falling next in the merit will be selected. The salary will be disbursed only after satisfactory character and antecedent verification report is received by the office of the undersigned from CID, J&K.

Candidates shall be allowed to join in the order of merit only as per availability of the vacancy.

Mere falling in the selection list does not indicate appointment. Appointment order shall be issued in favour of the selected candidate as and when vacancy will be available.

Provisionally selected candidates should bring 02 office files and 02 sets of documents (photocopied & Self Attested) to be submitted at the time of joining as mentioned below:

SELECTION ORDER.
10th DIPLOMA MARKS CARD
MBBS DEGREE CERTIFICATE
MBBS JK MEDICAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.
MBBS MARKS CARD (ALL PROFS.)
MBBS ATTEMPT CERTIFICATE.
MBBS INTERNSHIP COMPLETION CERTIFICATE.
PG/MD/MS/DNB (IF ANY)
DOMICILE OF UT OF J&K.
J&K BANK SAVING ACCOUNT PASSBOOK COPY (For Salary).

The engagement shall, however, be subject to the following terms and conditions :-

1. Appointment shall be subject to work and conduct of the candidate in the college/Hospital/Dispensary remaining satisfactory during his/her tenure. In the case of misconduct or negligence in duties or found indulging in strike or any other such
activities which affect the hospital services’ patient care, the tenure appointment of doctor shall be terminated without any notice.

2. The candidate shall be required to stay in the College/Hospital premise if residential accomnmodation is available and near college campus in case of non-availability of residential accommodation.

3. The candidate shall not indulge in any private practice during his/her tenure and if found doing so his/her tenure appointment shall be terminated forthwith

4. Salary shall be disbursed only after satisfactory report from Inspector General of Police, CID, J&K will be received.

5. The candidate intending to leave the institution shall have to provide one month prior notice duly forwarded by the concerned HOD or else the candidate shall have to deposit on month salary in the institution.

6. In case of any interpretation and relaxation regarding the above terms and conditions is concerned the decision of the Principal, GMC Kathua shall be final.
