Pursuant to the Selection Notification No.(S) 07-EC of 2025 Dated.
6.04.2025 & 452-RA of 2025 Dated. 09.05.2025 and No Objection Certificate issued by Administrative Department, Health and Medical Education Department vide No. HD-Gaz0Gen/929/2023-02 (E-7354250) Dated. 21-01-2025 and on the basis of
Satisfactory verification report of Character & Antecedents by Criminal Investigation Department (CID), J&K, Dr. Mohammad Altaf Paul, MS, In-service candidate, is provisionally engaged as Senior Resident in the Discipline of Orthopaedics, Government Medical College, Srinagar in accordance with the Government Order No. 383-JK(HME) of 2024 Dated. 20.06.2024 initially for a period of one year which is extendable upto (03) years on basis of good performance to be certified by the concerned HOD.
The appointment of the above doctor is further subject to the following terms and conditions: –
1. The selected candidate is supposed to submit his joining report the along with Judicial an affidavit in the office of the undersigned duly attested by Magistrate to the effect that: –
a. He will not participate in any kind of strike during the period of tenure his tenure engagement. In the event he proceeds on strike, his service engagement shall be terminated without any notice as this is covered under ESMA Act. b. He shall remain disciplined during the whole tenure; any kind of misconduct prior notice. shall make him liable for termination without any
c. He is not involved in any criminal activity or there is no FIR station pending or registered in any criminal department or police against him.
d. He Senior Shall not claim any experience certificate, in case he leaves Residency before completion at least of six months. e. He will not indulge in any private practice. In case he is found termination doing private without practice his appointment shall be liable for any notice.
