Pursuant to the selection and recommendation made by the J&K Service Selection Board vide No. JKSSB/23/2023-03(E-7164134) dated 13.06.2023 and duly forwarded by Administrative Department to this office vide No. REV-NG/13/2023(7152177) dated
28.06.2023; all the selected candidates as per list annexed to this notice, who have been recommended for the post of Junior Scale Stenographer vide Notification No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.03.2021, under item No. 429,434,437,440,443,445,446,449,452,456,459,
465,472 & 476, are hereby informed to submit their e-mail address & mobile number in the office of Financial Commissioner Revenue J&K, Rail Head Complex Jammu/Tankipora Srinagar, for registration under Employee verification system (EVS) Portal for obtaining of necessary verification of character and antecedents within a period of 21 days positively from the date of issuance of this notice, in terms of circular instructions issued by the General Administration Department vide No. 18-JK(GAD) of 2022 dated 20.05.2022
under endorsement No. GAD-MTG0RBIV/79/2021-09-GAD dated 20.05.2022

The candidate(s) who fail to submit their e-mail address & mobile number within stipulated time period of 21 days, it shall be presumed that he/she is not willing to opt the appointment as per above selection in the Revenue Department, and shall forego the right of appointment without any further notice.
