Selection Lists of Govt Teachers for Various Posts, J&K

Select list of the candidates for the post of “Teacher” (Education Department) District Cadre Shopian, Srinagar, Pulwama, Kupwara, Kulgam, Budgam, Baramulla and Anantnag in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2012 dated 19.07.2012 (Item No’s. 033, 037, 029, 025, 021, 013, 009 & 001) respectively under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants (Pending Cases).

Whereas, the Administrative Department vide letter No. Edu-l/908/2017 dated 15.12.2017 forwarded the selection list of candidates selected as Teachers in District Cadre Shopian, Srinagar, Pulwama, Kupwara, Kulgam, Budgam, Baramulla and Anantnag in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No. 01 of 2012 dated 19.07.2012 (Item No’s. 033, 037, 029, 025, 021, 013, 009 & 001)

respectively under Prime Minister’s Special Package for Kashmiri Migrants (Pending Cases) for issuance of appointment orders in their favour after fulfilling all formalities and conditions as envisaged under Jammu and Kashmir Kashmiri Migrants (Special Drive) Recruitment Rules, 2009 issued under SRO-412 of 2009 pursuant to the selection made by the J&K Services Selection Board, Srinagar vide letter No. SSB/Secy/ Sel/2017/873-80 dated 20.01.2017 and No. SSB/Secy/Se1/2017/11258-65 dated 06.11.2017;

Whereas, the Administrative Department vide letter No. Edu-I/56/2017 dated: 28.03.2018 forwarded J&K Services Selection Board’s Order No. 27-SSB of 2018 dated 04.01.2018 whereunder selection in respect of 30 candidates has been cancelled, out of which 07 candidates figure in District Cadre Srinagar, 5/Anantnag, 2/Budgam, 2/Kulgam, 01/Ganderbal, 04/Baramulla, 02/Pulwama, 02/Shopian and 05 from District Cadre Kupwara;

Whereas, the Adminsitrative Department vide communication referred to above has conveyed authorization for operating waiting list against these cancelled slots.

Now, therefore, the candidates whose particulars are reflected in Annexure”Aa, are hereby informed to deposit their undertakings forming Annexurer and Agreement in terms of SRO-412 of 2009, forming “Annexure C (duly attested) by the Judicial Magistrate (1st Class) as well as all original certificates/testimonials with a set of self-attested Xerox copies (in person) in the Directorate of School Education Kashmir within Ten (10) days from the date of publication of this notification. No such documents shall be entertained after expiry of the stipulated time frame.

This notification is issued without prejudice to the Court cases, if any pending in the Hon’ble Court which are not immediately within the knowledge of this Directorate.
