SKIMS Provisional Selection List Released
Provisional engagement for Internship in the Department of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, SKIMS.
Whereas, online applications on prescribed format were invited from eligible candidates intending to undergo internship in the Department of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, SKIMS vide Notification No: SIMS/ACAD/03 2025 of Dated: 21.08.2025.
Whereas, in response to the above notification, 80 candidates applied for undergoing the said internship programme, out of which 49 candidates had submitted the application forms complete in all respects, 29 candidates were found deficient of documents and 02 candidates had submitted invalid forms with non-existent entries/documents and thus have been rejected.
Whereas, notice was issued vide No: SIMS/Acad/305-05/Online Intern/373-76 Dated: 07.10.2025 for the 29 candidates whose applications were found incomplete due to deficiencies of the required documents and were given time to submit the deficient documents by or before 15.10.2025 up-to 4:00 PM if they intend to submit the same.
Whereas, in response to the above notice, only 03 candidates submitted the required documents.
Whereas, resultantly 52 candidates have submitted all the required documents. However, 26 candidates are deficient of required documents and did not report to this office by 15.10.2025 up-to 4:00 PM as notified.
Whereas, the intending department has furnished the vacancy of 21 seats for engaging the internship candidates for the time being.
Whereas, on the basis of 12th (10+2) merit, the candidates mentioned at Annexure ‘A’ has been provisionally engaged for undergoing 06 Months internship in the above given department at SKIMS.
Now, Therefore, “the provisionally engaged candidates listed in Annexure-A are directed to report Academic Section, SKIMS Soura for joining along with the hard copy of their application forms and the original/Xerox documents by or before 31.10.2025 (Friday) up-to 4:00 PM, failing which their candidature shall be deemed cancelled ab-initio”.
However, the candidates listed in Annexure-B shall be engaged for undergoing internship in the Department of Radiodiagnosis & Imaging, SKIMS as and when requested by the concerned Department as per their vacancy position if arise in future.
