SKIMS shortlisted candidates who have appeared in written test for Various Posts
It is notified for the information of shortlisted candidates who have appeared in written test for the following posts that their Type-Test/Shorthand Test shall be conducted at Government Polytechnic for Women, Bemina, Srinagar on the dates shown below. The Type-Test/Shorthand Test will start at 11:00 AM. The list of shortlisted candidates is appended as Annexure “A”,”B”,”C” to this notification SKIMS .
The candidates shall have to produce valid Identity proof & one (01) latest Passport size photograph to fetch admit card from the office of the Administrative Officer, SKIMS Medical College, Bemina 02 days prior to the Type-Test/Shorthand Test.
The candidates are required to report to the Government Polytechnic for Women, Bemina, Srinagar one hour before the start of Type Test/Shorthand Test on the scheduled dates and if the candidate reports after start of the said test he/she will not be allowed to appear in the said Type Test/Shorthand Test and no claim in this regard shall be entertained at any stage.
The candidates shall also bring one (01) latest passport size photograph and a Photo Identity Card/Document acceptable as their identity proof at the Test Centre.
The minimum standard for qualifying the Type-Test/Shorthand Test is prescribed as under:
35 Words per Minute with the accuracy of 90% for Typing on the Computer Keyboard.
65 Words per Minute for Shorthand.
No supplementary test shall be conducted by the Institute, in whatsoever circumstances.
Mobile Phone or any other electronic gadget is not allowed in the Test Centre.
Note: No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the Type-Test/Shorthand Test.
