(1) Final Selection list of candidates for the post of Stenographer advertised vlde notification no. 09 (Secy.) of 2o23 dated 19.O7,2O23-regarding
WHEREAS, University, vide Notification no. O9 (Secy.) of 2023 dated 79.07.2023, advertised the post of Stenographers & equivalents, with the category wise break up as under :
WHEREAS, SKUAST-Jammu vide Notification No. AUJ/Secy. /23-24 /SLF-IS /2754-56 dated O9.O2.2024 issued the Result of Shorthand Test (Dictation and Transcription) held on 23.d and 24th of January, 2024 at NIELIT, Jammu.
WHEREAS, SKUAST-Jammu conducted OMR based written test on 28.02.2024 at SKUAST-Jammu, Chatha, in respect of those candidates who qualified the Shorthand Test (Dictation and Transcription) for the post of Stenographers advertised 09 (Secy.) of
2023 dated 19.07.2023.

(2) Final Selection list of candidates for the post (s) of111Cook/Hostel Attendant and (i) Cleaner in pursuance to University advertisement notice issued vide no. 10 (Secy.’ of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.
WHEREAS, University, vide Notification no. 10 (Secy.) of 2023 dated 19.07.2023, advertised 03 (three) posts of Cook/Hostel Attendant and 06 (six) posts of Cleaner, respectively, as per the following category wise break up:
WHEREAS, in terms of notified selection criteria, selection to the posts of (1) Cook/Hostel Attendant and (ii) Cleaner was required to made on the basis of Written Test (85 marks) and additional weightage points awarded to the candidates on the basis of parameters viz, candidates whose no family member have been in government service, including in PSU’s/Boards/Autonomous Bodies etc. (5 marks); widows, divorced women/judicially separated married women, orphan girls (5 marks); and casual/seasonal laborers/daily wager and other contractual workers engaged through outsourcing for 5 years or more (5 marks).
WHEREAS, University, conducted OMR based Objective type written test examination of all the applicants of aforesaid positions on 28.12.2023.
WHEREAS, on the basis of performance of the candidates in OMR based Objective type a written test Examination conducted on 28.12.2023, coupled with the additional weightage points awarded to the candidates by the designated committee, the result of the candidates was declared vide nos. AUJ/Secy./23- 24/SLF-16/2298-2300 and AUJ/Secy./23-24/SLF-16/2297-99 dated 04.12.2023, respectively.
