Appointment Order
As recommended by the Document Verification-cum-Selection Committee and approved by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of:
Ms. Mamta Devi
D/o Sh. Tulsi Ram
R/o Village Rahya, Post Office Rahya,
Tehsil Vijaypur, District Samba-184043
as Cook / Hostel Attendant under SC Category, in Pay Level SL-1 (₹14,800 – ₹47,100) plus allowances as admissible under SKUAST-Jammu norms.

Terms & Conditions
1.) The appointee shall submit her joining report physically in the Office of the Registrar, SKUAST-Jammu within 21 days from the date of issue of this order, failing which the appointment shall be cancelled automatically.
2.) The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original:
Academic qualification certificates
Matriculation / Date of Birth certificate
Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer
Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority
If the candidate has taken any self-employment loan from DRC/Employment Department, she shall relinquish the proprietorship of the unit/enterprise and repay the entire loan liability through EMIs to be recovered from her salary by the DDO.
3.) The appointee shall submit an undertaking (affidavit) attested by First Class Judicial Magistrate stating that:
All certificates and category claims submitted are genuine
She is not involved in any criminal case and no criminal proceedings are pending
She shall abide by all service rules and conditions
4.) The appointment shall be on probation for two years from the date of joining.
5.) During probation, the University may terminate the appointment at any time without notice.
6.) The appointee may be posted in any constituent unit of SKUAST-Jammu as and when required.
7.) The appointment shall be governed under the New Pension Scheme.
8.) Service conditions shall be governed by SKUAST Statutes and Rules and applicable JKCSR.
9.) If any declaration or information is found false or suppressed, the appointee shall be liable to removal from service.
