SKUAST-Kashmir Appointment of Candidates for Plumber & Driver Posts
Appointment as Plumber.
Reference : Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2022 dated 01.08.2022.
Consequent upon declaration of result of OMR based written test by Controller of Examinations, SKUAST-K, Shalimar and subsequent document verification and ascertaining of eligibility by the designated committee and as approved by the Vice-Chancellor, Mr.Mudasir Ahmad Miyan, S/o: Gh. Mohammad Miyan, R/o: Kijpora, Kangan, Ganderbal-191202 is hereby appointed as Plumber on regular temporary basis in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20,200+GP of Rs.1900(PR) revised to Level-2(Rs.19,900-63,200) plus allowances as admissible under rules and adjusted against the available post of Plumber at MRCS&G, Shuhama. He shall, however, be deployed at Estates Wing, SKUAST-K, Shalimar.

Consequent upon declaration of result of OMR based written test by Controller of Examinations, SKUAST-K, Shalimar and subsequent document verification and ascertaining of eligibility by the designated committee and as approved by the Vice-Chancellor,
Mr. Mohammad Afzal Khan, S/o: Gulzar Ahmad Khan, R/o: Panchalthan, Chittergull, Shanguss192201 is hereby appointed as Driver on regular temporary basis in the Pay Band of Rs.5200- 20,200+GP of Rs.1900(PR) revised to Level-2(Rs.19,900-63,200) plus allowances as admissible under rules and adjusted against the available post of Driver at F.V.Sc. & AH, Shuhama.

The appointment shall be governed by the following terms and conditions, that:
a) the appointee shall join on the post within a period of 21 days of date of issuance of this appointment order, failing which, the above offer of appointment shall be cancelled without any further notice;
b) that the appointee shall be on probation for a period of two years from the date of joining on the post;
c) that during the period of probation, the appointment can be terminated by the University any time without issuing any notice or assigning any reason thereof;
d) that the appointee can be posted in any constituent unit of SKUAST-K as and when required;
e) that the service conditions of the appointee shall be governed in accordance with the SKUAST-K Statutes and rules of the University as are in force with amendments or as may come into force from time to time, together read with provisions of J&K CSR, wherever applicable;
f) that if any declaration given or information furnished by the appointee proves to be false or it is found that the appointee has willfully suppressed any material information, he shall be liable for termination from service and such other action as may be deemed necessary;
g) that if any document and/or certificate submitted by the appointee is found or proved forged or fake in any way at any point of time, the appointment shall be cancelled ab-initio at the risk and responsibility of the concerned;
h) that the appointee shall be required to submit Medical Fitness Certificate from the Competent Authority;
i) that if upon verification, to be received from the concerned issuing authorities, to whom a reference shall be made by the concerned office, the qualification certificates and/or other documents are found to be fake/forged, the claim of the appointee for appointment as Plumber shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio and legal action as warranted under rules shall also be initiated;
j) that if the appointee(s) has taken loan for self-employment from DIC/Employment Department, to be ascertained from the District Industries Centre(DIC) and District Employment & Counselling Centre of the domicile District, he shall relinquish the proprietorship of unit/enterprise and also the stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise before joining the University service. He shall be required to repay the entire loan liability in suitable EMIs to be worked out by the DDO concerned from his salary. DDO concerned shall obtain an affidavit from the concerned appointee(s) regarding both relinquishment of proprietorship and stakes, if any, in such self-employment unit/enterprise and recovery to be made and shall also personally monitor its recovery;
k) the salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed by the respective Drawing & Disbursing Officer unless a satisfactory report in respect of condition No. (i) above are received from the concerned authorities;
I) the appointment shall be without prejudice to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending before any competent Court of Law.
