Advisory regarding entry/parking of vehicles during 4th Assembly Session, 2025

In view of the upcoming Session of the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and with a view to regulate the entry/parking of vehicles in and around the premises of Civil Secretariat, the following guidelines are issued for strict adherence by all the concerned:
The vehicles of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Hon’ble Ministers, Hon’ble Speaker and Hon’ble Legislators shall be parked in designated parking place(s) of the Assembly Complex, Srinagar;
All vehicles of staff associated with print/electronic media and those of the Assembly staff shall be parked in the designated space marked within the Secretariat premises;
All the escort vehicles shall be parked in the parking space available in the Kashmir Haat (Exhibition Complex);
During the session, no private vehicle of officers/officials including police personnel shall be allowed to enter Secretariat premises.
All officers/officials working in the Civil Secretariat are enjoined upon to extend full support and cooperation to Senior Superintendent of Police (Security), Civil Secretariat/Senior Superintendent of Police (Traffic) in the regulating the movement/parking of vehicles.
Further, all Administrative Secretaries are requested to bring these instructions to the notice of all employees working in their respective departments.
