Sanction is hereby accorded to the grant of three (03) days Special
Casual Leave in favour of Kashmiri Migrant Employees posted in Kashmir Valley, who
are eligible to vote at Special Polling Stations to be set up at Jammu/Udhampur/Delhi
during three phases of elections to be held in the Assembly Constituencies in the
Districts of Kashmir province, on the date(s) as indicated against each:
Gandarbal, Srinagar, Budgam : 24 Sep to 26 Sep 2024
Kupwara, Baramulla , Bandipora: 30 Sep to 02 Oct 2024
