Sanction is hereby accorded to the grant of three days Special Casual Leave on 22nd October, 2025 (Wednesday), 23’d October, 2025 (Thursday) and 24rh October, 2025 (Friday) in favour of PM Package/Migrant/Jammu based employees, posted in different departments in Kashmir Valley, for celebrating “Diwali” at Jammu.
