JK News Today: Good News for flood victims

An MoU has been signed between HRDS India & Divisional Commissioners Jammu/Kashmir for building houses damaged during Ops Sindoor & recent floods. HRDS India will build 1500 free houses.

These 3-bedroom houses will incorporate modern features for comfort & safety.

HRDS India & Divisional Commissioners of both divisions will also identify terror victim families whose houses were destroyed by the terrorists. Besides, life insurance to all family members, HRDS India will ensure monthly health check-ups and digital connectivity for every house.

Construction of houses is more than just putting up structure. It’s about building dreams, a fresh start & a new chapter in lives of affected families. Human losses are so profound & devastating that they can’t be measured but this initiative will definitely ease their suffering.
