J&K Weather Update for 01 Week
𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙩
● 31st Aug-1st Sept: one or two spells of light to moderate rain at many places with possibility of heavy rain over few dists of JMU Div.
● 2nd Sept: Generally cloudy with Light to moderate rain/thunder at most places with possibility of very hvy to extremely hvy Rainfall over Kathua, Doda, Udhampur & Reasi with hvy to very hvy rainfall over JMU, Samba, Ramban, Rajouri & Kishtwar. Few dist of South Kashmir & Poonch may also recieve moderate to hvy rainfall/showers.
● 3-8 Sept: Brief spell of Rain/thundershower at few places.

● Possibility of hvy Rain during 31 Aug & 1 Sep and very hvy to extremely hvy rain at few dists of JMU Div on 2nd Sept (Details attached).
● Possibility of cloudbursts/flashfloods/Landslides/Mudslides/shooting stones etc at few vulnerable places.
● Stay away from water bodies/Nallas/river embankments/loose structures etc.
