J&K Weather Update for one Week
23-26 Aug : Light to moderate Rain/thundershower at many places with heavy rain at few places of JMU (JMU, REASI, UDHAMPUR, SAMBA, KATHUA & RAJOURI) & with moderate to heavy/intense showers over Poonch, Ramban, Doda & Kishtwar and Southern parts of KMR div.
27-31 Aug : Hot & humid weather with brief spell of Rain/thunder at few places.
1-5 Sept : Generally hot & humid with brief spell of Rain/thundershower at few places

●Possibility of intense/ heavy Rain/thunder at few places of JMU Div & KMR Div during 23-26 Aug.
●Cloud burst/Flash floods at few vulnerable places with Landslides/Mudslides/shooting stones.
●Stay away from water bodies/streams/Nallas/river embankments/loose structures/Kachha houses etc.
●All concerned are advised to follow accordingly.
