Important Instructions for Supervisory Staff

To ensure the fair and smooth conduct of examinations and to prevent any inconvenience during the exam process or evaluation, all Supervisory Staff (Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Invigilators, etc.) assigned for the SSE/HSP-I/HSP-II Annual Regular Session 2026 (Summer Zone, Jammu Division) must strictly follow these instructions:
Superintendents must carefully review the date sheet issued by the Board each day and collect confidential examination material from the concerned Police Station accordingly. This is essential to prevent any premature opening or mishandling of confidential papers.
All supervisory staff are required to reach the examination centre at least one hour before the scheduled start of the examination.
Admit cards and identity cards of students must be properly checked before allowing them to enter the examination hall.
Supervisory staff must maintain a calm, orderly, and disturbance-free environment in the examination hall. They should remain alert to prevent any unfair practices, while ensuring their supervision is not unnecessarily intrusive.

It must be ensured that students have correctly written their Roll Numbers, Series, and other required details on their answer sheets.
Most importantly, answer sheets must be arranged and packed subject-wise and roll number-wise, instead of series-wise, and then submitted accordingly.
Any irregularity or suspicious activity observed in the examination hall must be reported to the examination authorities immediately.
