Schools reopened in Kashmir some are still closed
Schools across Kashmir reopened on Monday, except for 40 institutions that remain closed due to waterlogging and their use as rehabilitation centres for flood-affected families.
Director School Education, G N Itoo, that staff will remain present in these schools and online classes will be conducted for students until the situation improves.
