suspicious objects found in Shopian and Tral
A suspicious object was found in Kashwa Zainapora area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district and later destroyed on tuesday morning.
A senior police officer confirmed to news agency JKNS that a suspicious object was found in Kashwa Zainapora following which security forces promptly cordoned off the area.
He said that later the bomb disposal squad was called who destroyed the object.
Meanwhile investigation in this regard has been taken up.—(JKNS)
After Shopian, security forces on Tuesday found another suspicious object resembling an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in South Kashmir’s Pulwama District.
An official told the news agency Kashmir News Observer, that the suspicious object was found at Pinglish Nagwadi in Tral following which security forces cordoned off the area.
He said that the Bomb Disposal Squad has been called in to destroy the object.
Pertinently, security forces this morning detected a suspicious object in Zainpora Shopian following which BDS reached the spot to diffuse it
