Three Dead, Two Injured In Tragic Road Accident Near Katra
Three people — the driver of an auto-rickshaw and two pilgrims on their way to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine — tragically lost their lives, while two others were injured in a fatal road mishap near Serli village in Katra on Tuesday morning.
According to officials, the accident took place when an auto-rickshaw collided head-on with a bus coming from the Helipad towards Katra.
The collision was so intense that three individuals died instantly, and two others suffered injuries. The injured were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where they are currently under medical observation.
Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident. (KNC)
