US asks Pakistan to Cooperate with India to hunt down terrorists in Pakistani territory
The United States of America has told Pakistan in clear terms that it should cooperate with India in hunting Pakistan-based terrorists who are responsible for acts of terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir
The US Vice President J D Vance , in an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier Special Report Show on Thursday, said that the US hoped “ Pakistan would cooperate with India to hunt down Pakistan-based terrorists “.
The US , in very clear terms seems to have advised Pakistan not to be adamant and help Indians to hunt down terrorists , responsible for the Pahalgam massacre of April 22nd and all other acts of terror that it staged in Jammu and Kashmir and other states and UTs in India.
Vance is reported to have told the interviewer: ““Our hope here is that India responds to this terrorist attack in a way that doesn’t lead to a broader regional conflict.”
“And we hope, frankly, that Pakistan, to the extent that they’re responsible, cooperates with India to make sure that the terrorists sometimes operating in their territory are hunted down and dealt with,” Vance added.
This places onus on Pakistan to hunt down the terrorists and hand them over to India , or allow Indian army to destroy the terrorist training camps in PoK and mainland Pakistan and shut them once and for all.
