Indo-British Military Exercise โ€œAjeya Warrior 2025โ€

The 8th edition of Ajeya Warrior, a joint India-UK army exercise, began on 17 Nov at the Mahajan Field Firing Ranges in Bikaner.

The focus this year: counter-terror operations in semi-urban environments, including drills for drone surveillance, casualty evacuation, and mission-based field exercises.

Cultural exchanges and sports events are also part of the exercise to boost camaraderie.

Sansad Sports Festival Launched

A massive Sansad Sports Festival began on 17 Nov at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur.

Theme: “Fit India, Hit India” โ€” over 1 lakh people (ages 10โ€“60) from Jaipur are participating.

The event aims to promote grassroots sports, leadership among youth, inclusion (women & differently-abled), and community unity.

ONGC Apprentice Recruitment Deadline Extended

ONGC has extended the registration deadline for its 2025 apprentice recruitment (2,623 posts) to 17 Nov 2025.

The recruitment is under the Apprentices Act, and candidates with qualifications from class 10 to bachelorโ€™s degree are eligible.
