J&K BOPEE Entrance Examination Notification 2022

Subject : Provisional Merit List of the candidates who have applied for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses — 2022 at SKIMS: Submission of objections, if any, and conduct of counselling thereof.

Notification No. 079—ROPEE of 2022 

In pursuance of Notification No. 062-BOPEE of 2022 dated 23.09.2022, the Board invited offline application forms from the eligible candidates for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses -2022 at SKIMS Soura Srinagar. The Board after checking and verification of documents submitted by the candidates concerned prepared a Provisional Merit List of the candidates which is annexed as Annexure- A to this notification, that shall remain available on website of the Board j1,h ) only. The candidate(s), if any. who intend to submit representations against his/her position can do so by submitting the same at BOPEE Office Jammu/ Srinagar physically upto 11.11.2022 (till 02:00prn) failing which no claim whatsoever shall be entertained under any circumstances. The representation 1 deficient documents, if any, shall not be accepted through Email or WhatsApp.

Further, the candidates who have deficiency of any required document as shown in Annexure-A of this notification are also advised to clear the same upto 11.11.2022 (till.2.00 pm) positively, otherwise their candidature shall be treated as cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.

The merit list of candidates has been prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by them in their qualifying examination. In case of tie between the candidates, the same has been resolved by taking into account the Date of birth of the eandidate(s) , candidate older in age is preferred first as already notified in the Notification No, 062-BOPEE of 2022 dated.23.09.2022. In case no objections are received within the cut of date by the Board, the Provisional Merit List shall be treated as final.

It is hereby notified for information of all the eligible concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the Physical round of Counselling or the candidates who figure in Annexure-A to this notification at BOPEE office Jammu/ Srinagar simultaneously as per the following schedule:-

Note.

(i) The candidates who have applied under Sports category but their names have not been forwarded to J&K BOPEE by J&K Sports council are converted into Open Category.

(ii) The candidates shall have to report at BOPEE Office Jammu/ Srinagar physically for Registration/Attendance and fulfillment of other formalities between 08.30 am to 10.30 am on the day & date of counselling, as mentioned above.

(iii) Candidates are advised to bring their Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority and all other relevant certificates/documents as applicable which arc to be presented at the time of counselling.

(iv) The Board reserves the right to notify any change(s) as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulty or the reason beyond its control.

(v) The Course wise eligibility shall be verified during the counselling by the experts from SKIMS Soura Srinagar.

(vi) The Seat Matrix shall be uploaded on the website of the Board separately before counselling.

(vii) For latest updates related to the counselling and availability of seats, the candidates are advised to remain in touch with the website of the Board(www.jkbopee.gov.in)

(viii)The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in various notifications/ notices issued by the Board From time to time in this regard.
