Answer Keys and Final Results for Posts in Govt. Medical Colleges

(1) Filling up of Gazetted Vacancies in various Govt. Medical Colleges in Health and Medical Education Department, 2023— Result of Written Test reg;

Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/15 Dated: 25.04.2024

In pursuance of Rule 42 of J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examinations) Rules, 2022as amended upto date read with Rule 31 and 44 of AK Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021, the candidates as per Annexure-A, F and G to this notification are hereby declared to have qualified for the Oral Test/Viva Voce for the posts of Epidemiologist-cum-Assistant Professor (Community Medicine), Assistant Professor(s) (Anatomy, ENT, Orthopedics, Community Medicine and Dentistry) in Health and Medical Education Department on the basis of their performance in the Written Test which was held on 29.10.2023.

However, the discipline-wise Interview/Viva-voce schedule shall be notified separately.

Note :-

i. For checking the result, candidates are advised to access the official website of the Commission i.e. http://www.jkpsc.nic.in.

ii. The candidature of candidates shown in Annexure to this notification is purely provisional. The documents of the candidates will be verified at the time of interview and in case any discrepancy with regard to age/qualification/experience and other eligibility conditions is noticed at the time of interview or thereafter, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview or where the candidate has already appeared in the interview, the candidature shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio.

iii. Only eligible candidates, possessing requisite qualification prescribed under rules, shall be allowed to appear in the Oral Test/Viva-Voce subject to the condition that they are within the prescribed age limit on the cut-off date.

iv. The candidates shall produce their original certificates/testimonials on the date of oral test/Viva-Voce. This is subject to the outcome of writ petition, if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of Law.

(2) Written Examinations for filling up of Gazetted Vacancies in various Govt. Medical Colleges in Health and Medical Education Department, 2023- Issuance of Final Official Answer Key(s) thereof.

Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2024/16 Dated: 25.04.2024

I. Whereas, the J&K Public Service Commission conducted the Written Test for filling up of posts of Lady Medical Officer (RTHC) and Lady Medical Officer (UTHC) in Health and Medical Education Department, on 04.11.2023; and

2. Whereas, the Provisional official answer key(s) were notified and uploaded on the official website of the Commission for information of the candidates on 13.11.2023, inter-alia notifying that, if any candidate feels that the key(s) to any of the questions is wrong/incorrect, he/she may prefer a representation/ objection on the prescribed proforma to the Controller of Examinations within a period of two days from the date of notifications along with documentary proof/evidence and the fee of Rs.500/- per question; and

3. Whereas, in response to the said notification, no objection/representation were received by the J&K Public Service Commission against Provisional Official Answer Key(s) issued; and

Now, therefore, in view of the above, the Final Official Answer Key(s) are annexed to this notification as Annexure A and B in respect of Lady Medical Officer (RTHC) and Lady Medical Officer (UTHC) in Health and Medical Education Department respectively. ‘
