How to Apply : The candidates are required to submit the application form duly completed alongwith self attested copies of below mentioned testimonials/ documents in the office of Principal/ Dean, Govt. Medical College, Srinagar. w.e.f 24-10-2016 to 23-11-2016 from 10 am to 1.00 pm on all working days.

1. Date of Birth Certificate.
2. 8th Pass Certificate
3. Permanent Resident Certificate.
4. Sweeper Community Certificate to be issued by concerned Tehsildar.
5. Category certificate, if any.
6. An affidavit duly signed by Ist Class Magistrate to the effect that their qualification is 8th and not beyond.
