Applications (on plain paper, with a self attested passport size photograph) are invited from the eligible Male candidates for appointment as Computer Operators in the Jammu & Kashmir Muslim Wakf Board.

Terms & Conditions :

Candidates must be permanent residents of the State of Jammu & Kashmir.

The upper age limit for appointment shall be 37 years as on 01.01.2017.

Additional weightage shall be given for know-how of “Shorthand” and “Tally Operation”.

Assessment of the relative merit of candidates shall be made on a 100 point scale as under:

Graduation : 30 points

Practical Test in:

Computer Operation : 30 points

Shorthand : 10 points

Tally Operation : 10 points

Interview : 20 points

The Candidates shall be given a Practical Test under expert watch to determine their relative proficiency in the relevant skills (as at (iv)-b above).

Applications to the address of Chief Executive, J&K Muslim Wakf Board shall be received in the Central Office of the Wakf Board at Zero Bridge Srinagar up to October 9, 2017.

The Candidates shall append attested copies of their qualification/ experience certificates with the application. Original documents shall be produced for verification at the time of interview (date/time and venue to be separately notified).

The appointees shall be placed on probation for a period of two years, during which they will be entitled to the minimum of the pay scale viz Rs. 5200/- (Rupees five thousand & two hundred only) per month. On successful completion of probation period, the appointees shall become eligible for all other allowances as admissible under Wakf Board Rules.
