Essentials:
Candidate must be a commerce graduate having overall experience in managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets, vetting bills & supporting, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.
Desirable:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in bookkeeping.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statement.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulation.
- Proficient in TALLY & Ms Office.
Post Name : Manager Finance & Accounts
Essentials:
Candidate must at least be an M.Com having quality & practical knowledge in accounts, finance, banking, taxation, finalising accounts, audits, maintain bank accounts, MIS, budgeting, cash flow & submit desired reports to CA/Management for compliance.
Desirable:
- Minimum experience of at least 5 years.
- Proficient in TALLY & Ms Office.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable with good working knowledge of GST, TDS.
- Managing Bills Payable.
- Checking and making relevant entries for all utility bills.
- Preparing financial statements, handling statutory deductions.
- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Preparing MIS reports.
- Prepare budget & forecasts.
- Handling cash and bank transactions.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
