In pursuance of the Orders of the Hon’ble High Court dated:07.02.2018 in LPAOW No. 03/2018 MP No. 01/2018 tilted J&K Public Service Commission Vs State of J&K & Ors, it is hereby notified as under
The eligibility of candidates (295) mentioned in Annexure-‘A’ is purely provisional and subject to the production of Hard Copies of the Online .u r at j k up da te s.Application Forms supported with requisite testimonials in the J&K Public Service Commission Office Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu / Camp Office Solina Srinagar on or before 10.02.2018
The candidates (56) mentioned in Annexure-B are advised to submit a proof of having deposited the prescribed fee and wherever not deposited the same shall be deposited through a demand draft drawn in favor of Controller of Examinations, J&K Public .u r at jk up da tes. Service Commission payable at Jammu and presented in the J&K Public Service Commission Office Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu / Camp Office Solina Srinagar on or before 10.02.2018. Further, their candidature is also provisional and subject to the stipulations as at (1) above
The candidates (77) mentioned in Annexure-C are advised to submit their applications on the format forming Annexure-D along with the demand draft drawn in favor of .u r at jkupdates.Controller of Examinations , J&K Public Service Commission, Jammu and presented in the J&K Public Service Commission Office Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu / Camp Office Solina Srinagar on or before 10.02.2018. Their candidature is also provisional and subject to the stipulations as at (1) above
It is further clarified that .u r at j k u p d a t e s.the documentation sought for is in compliance with the Orders of Hon’ble High Court dated:07.02.2018 and shall be subject to the outcome of LPA pending consideration before Hon’ble High Court (Srinagar wing).
