GCET, Jammu Admission Notification

The M.Tech (Computer Science & Engg., Mechanical Engg. and E&C Engg.) aspirants are invited for SPOT Round of Admission at GCET Campus, Jammu for vacant/left-over seats, for the academic year 2023-24. Eligible candidates fulfilling the eligibility criterion are required to report for the same along with all documents/Testimonials in original on 14th September, 2023 between 10.00 AM to 2.00 PM .

The provisionally selected candidates shall be required to complete the admission process by 15th September, 2023 (upto3.00 PM) including submission of semester fee.

Eligibility Criteria :

The candidate applying for admission to M Tech programme must be either:

(i) B.E /B.Tech (in relevant branch of Engineering and Technology) with minimum 50% of the marks or equivalent CGPA.

(ii) MCA/M.Sc(Computer Science/IT/ Electronics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/Physics) with 50% of the marks or equivalent CGPA.

(iii) The candidate should be a Domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh.

(iv) All the above-mentioned degrees should be from Colleges/Universities recognized by UGC/AICTE.

(v) Preference shall be given to candidates with valid GATE score.

Those who have appeared in final semester examination can also APPLY.
