JKBOPEE Important Notifictaion Regarding Bachelor of Physiotherapy Course

Conduct of 2nd/Mop-up (Upgradation/Allotment) Physical Round of Counseling for admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy Course (BPT) in Government/Private Institutions of UT of J&K for the session-2023: Reducing of cut-off score and registration thereof.

Reference : Notification No. 011-BOPEE of 2024 dated 02.02.2024

Pursuant to Notification No. 011-BOPEE of 2024 dated 02.02.2024, the Board has received short fall of seats from the concerned colleges/institutions and in order to fill up these short fall seats along-with the seats which have remained unfilled at the conclusion of 1st Round of Counseling, a 2nd/Mop-up Round of Upgradation/Allotment Counseling (Physical) is being conducted, which is notified to be held on 22nd of February, 2024 at BOPEE office(s) Srinagar/Jammu simultaneously.

It is further notified for the information of the concerned candidates that the Board has decided to reduce the NEET cut-off score for Open Merit and Reserved Category from 125 and 96 respectively to 50 marks for both Open and Reserved Category including the seats falling under Management Quota as per past precedence so that maximum number of seats are filled by allotment to the interested candidates.

Further, the candidates having NEET score up-to 50 marks during the session 2023 and interested for admission to BPT Course-2023 in CRC/JCP institutions and who have not registered themselves earlier due to one or the other reason shall be required to Register themselves with the Board till 20th of February, 2024 upto 02:00 p.m and shall have to submit following documents physically at BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu up to the prescribed cut off date/ schedule viz 20.02.2024 till 02.00 pm:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate (10th Class)
2. 10+2 Marks Card.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. NEET Score Card 2023.
5. Category Certificate, if any.

The newly registered candidates shall have to deposit non refundable Counseling fee of Rs.1000/ through POS machines available at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar at the time their registration.

The newly registered CDP category candidates are advised to submit their CDP category Priority certificate along with other relevant documents at the time of registration & also to bring the same with them on the day of counseling.

After the last date of registration, newly registered candidates, if any, shall be allotted Point-wise rank(s) on the basis of their NEET Score & seats shall be allotted accordingly on the basis of their merit/rank only. The updated rank-wise merit list shall be made available on website of the Board on 21st Feb.2024 for general information of all the concerned candidates.

It is accordingly notified for information of the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the 2nd/Mop-up (Upgradation /Allotment) Round of Physical Counseling for admission to Bachelor of Physiotherapy Course (BPT) in Government/Private Institutions of UT of J&K for the session-2023 as per the schedule given below :
