It is hereby notified for information of all the concerned that the following dates have been fixed for submission of Permission-Cum-Admission Forms alongwith prescribed Fee for Higher Secondary Examination Part-II (Class 12th) for the ensuing Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual Session, 2021-2022 falling under the Winter
Zone areas of Jammu Province for Old Failure/ Re-appear/ Fresh/ Backlog /Additional/ Division Improvement and Candidates belonging to other Boards(Eligibility Cases) and for those candidates whose result has been declared on 04-02-2022.
Higher Secondary Examination Part-II (Class 12th) W/Z
Description of Fee :
Last date with a fee of Rs.1060/- per Candidate (Rs.1040 +Rs.20 Cost of Admm Form) for 5 subject
Last date with a fee of Rs 1270/- per Candidate (Rs.1250 +Rs.20 Cost of Admm.Form) for 6 subjects
In the Institution by the Candidates : 03-03-2022 (Thursday)
In the Board /Bank by the institution along-with prescribed Examination Fee : 05-03-2022 (Saturday)
Description of Fee :
Last date with a fee of Rs.1730/- per Candidate (Rs.1040 +Rs.670 late fee Rs.20/- Cost of Admm. Form) for 5 subjects
Last date with a fee of Rs.1940/- per Candidate (Rs.1250 +Rs.670 late fee + Rs.20/- Cost of Admm. Form) for 6 subjects.
In the Institution by the Candidates : 15-03-2022 (Thursday)
In the Board /Bank by the institution along-with prescribed Examination Fee : 17-03-2022 (Thursday)
General Instructions :
Affix latest digital coloured photograph of each candidate against his/her particulars on the enrolment statement and cover the photograph with quality transparent adhesive tape. duly signed and stamped to avoid chance of misuse and impersonation.
All the concerned Assistant Secretaries/ In —Charge officers of Sub/Branch Offices of JK BOSE are directed to ensure that any request recording Continuation/ Restoration of Examination Centers shell b entertained by or before 20-03-2022, and also submitted the micro packing statement upto 23-03-2022 positively.
In case the last date falls on holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten) only per candidate in addition to the requisite fee are chargeable by the institution concerned from the candidates.
