1. Google Pay Joins NPCI To Expand UPI Services Globally
- Google Pay partners with NPCI to expand UPI payments globally, allowing users to seamlessly transact abroad.
- The move will extend the transformative impact of UPI (Unified Payments Interface) beyond India, providing users with seamless payment experiences when travelling abroad.
- Google Pay is a mobile payment service developed by Google to power in-app, online, and in-person contactless purchases on mobile devices, enabling users to make payments with Android phones.

2. NITI Aayog, MoA & FW and FAO launch Investment Forum for CRASI
- The NITI Aayog, the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare (MoA&FW), Government of India, and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) jointly launched the ‘Investment Forum for Advancing Climate Resilient Agrifood Systems in India’ in New Delhi.
- This initiative aims to develop an investment and partnership strategy to advance climate resilient Agrifood systems among the government, private sectors and financial institutions in India.

4.Ravi Kumar Dahiya wins bronze at Grand Prix Henri Deglane France
- Tokyo Olympic silver medallist Ravi Kumar Dahiya secured a bronze medal at the Henri Deglane Grand Prix wrestling tournament in Nice, France.
- Dahiya won men’s 61kg freestyle bronze medal bout 10-4 against Kairat Amirtayev of Kazakhstan.
- Dahiya overcame Julien Zinser of Germany in the round of 16 via technical superiority (13-2) followed by a 12-6 win over Zangar Kabylbekov of Kazakhstan in the quarterfinal.
