JKBOSE Mass promotion of the students of HSP-I (Class XI) 2019-2020 Annual-Biannual Private (UT of Ladakh)

Reference:-Letter No.Secy/Edu/ UTL/Mass promotion/2020/3943-47 dated 28-04-2020 of OSD with Secretary, School Education Department, Ladakh.

Whereas, the examination of Private fresh/failure/reappear candidates of HSP-l(Class XI) 2019-2020/Annual-Biannual belonging to Ladakh numbering 575 (446 of Kargil and 129 of Leh) was slated to be held during the month of April 2020.

Whereas, in view of the prevailing situation, it is apparent that the conduct of the said examinations is impossible in the near future, and the delay in the conduct of said examination may adversely affect the academic career of candidates who were supposed to participate in the said examination.

Now therefore, in order to save their academic future, it is hereby notified as under:-

01. That all the said candidates who were to appear in HSP-l(Class XI) Annual/Biannual 2019-2020 Private examination are promoted to HSP-l!(Class XII) as one time exception, provided that all such candidates have submitted the permission cum admission forms for the said examination, deposited the examination fee as per the schedule already notified in this regard by the JK BOSE and have been found eligible to appear in the said examination.

02. That the promotion of the said candidates shall be subject to the condition that, if for any reason at any stage of time in future, it is found that the candidate/s was/were not eligible for appearing in HSP-I (Class XI) examination and has been granted promotion to HSP-II (Class XII), the JKBOSE reserves the right to cancel his/her/their promotion without any prior notice.

03. Other terms and conditions with regard to issuance of Marks certificates etc. shall be the same as in case of the candidates of said class belonging to J&K, who have granted mass promotion.
