The age as on 01-01-2017 should not exceed the limit as mentioned below.

1. Not below 18 years; and Not above

• 40 years in case of Open merit
• 43 years in case of SC/ST/RBA/ALC/OSC candidates
• Qualification: -As shown in Col. Of the above table.
• The application duly filled up by the candidate in higher own hand war recent passport size photograph pasted at specified place shown in the annexed format of the application form and self-attested photocopies tithe following testimonials.
• Date of Birth Certificate Diploma showing the date of birth.
• Qualification Certificates
• Permanent Resident Certificate (Under process certificate shall not be entertained)
• Character Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer/Competent Authority.
• Category certificate, if any

SELECTION CRITERION FOR THE POSTS ADVERTISED SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

1. For the posts of Enforcement Office, final selection shall he made by assigning BO% weighbage to Academic meet of 3 year Diploma course and 20% weight-age to Viva-vocetintewiew. No additional points shall be given for higher qualification.
2. For the post of Assistant Town Planner, final selection shall be made by assigning 80% weight-age to Academic merit and 20% weight-age to Viva-voce interview. No additional points shall be given for higher qualification.
3. For the post of Junior Assistant, the typing test shall be of qualifying nature only beating virith 90% accuracy. The candidates who qualify the type test will be shortlisted for second stage on academic merit of Graduation and final selection shall be done by assign­ing BO% weight-age to Academic meat and 20% weight-age to the voce  interview. No additional points shall be given for higher For the post of Gang man, 60% weight-age shall be given to the percentage marks obtained in Nadia (101). 20% to the 12th and 20% weight-age to the Viva-voce interview.

1. Screening of candidates 0211 be done if number of applications exceeds five times of advertised posts. The total number of candi­dates finally called for the interview shall be 1:5 (Five times of Advertised Posts) on the basis of their merit in the academic qualifi­cation required for the posts of Enforcement Officer, Assistant Town Planner & Gang man and in case of Junior Assistant after pass­ing typing test.

How to apply

• The application form can be obtained on payment of Rs. 1005 fern the office of CEO KDA, Railway Road Katra on working days between 10:130 AM to 4:00 PM. The application form duly filled and complete in all respects should be deposited in the office of CEO, Katra Development Authority during the working hours by or before 21-08-2017 and application form received after the stipulated date shall not be entertained.
• The application form found incomplete in the any manner during the scrutiny of applications shall be rejected without any mason to the applicant.
