National Health Mission Recruitment for Various Posts
Applications on prescribed format are invited for hiring of staff in District Health Society Pulwama at District Early Intervention Centre (DEIC) from eligible candidates of District Pulwama as per the criteria shown against each.The application forms can be obtained from the CMO’s Office Pulwama on any working day against a cash amount of Rs. 100/-
Candidates who have already applied for the posts need not to apply afresh.
Terms and Conditions for Hiring of Staff under District Health Society Pulwama:
Contract will be offered by the District Health Society Pulwama.
The selection of Candidates shall be made strictly as per the above criteria.
Application/s can be rejected by the screening committee if found deficiency in documents not eligible as per required criteria. As such ineligible candidates need not to apply.
The interested candidates may deposit their application forms by or before 20 June 2018 up to 4:00 P.M. 5- Errors & Omissions if any accepted.

10th Marks Sheet.
Date of Birth.
Diploma/Degree Marks Sheet.
Diploma/Degree Certificate.
Permanent Resident Certificate.
Unmarried Certificate in case of unmarried female candidates.
