Regional News Unit of Radio Kashmir. Jammu has invited applications for Casual News Editor on assignment basis from eligible candidates residing in Jammu city and outskirts.

Essential Qualification :

Graduate from a Recognized University

Degree/One Year PG Diploma in Journalism with a duration of at least one Year from a Recognized University/institution.

Or

5 year experience in Reporting/Editing work in print and Electronic Media

Proficiency in English. Hindi. Dogri or Gojri Desirable Education :

Experience of Journalistic Work in Radio/TV (for Degree or Diploma Holders)

Knowledge of Basic Computer Applications

Age :

The candidate should be in the age group of 21 to 50 years. Self attested photo copies of Residential proof, educational and technical qualifications. experience, caste certificate (if applicable) and two passport size photographs should be enclosed with the application.

Jammu along-with a Bank Draft of Rs 300/- General Category candidates and Rs 225/- for SC/ST/OBC Candidates (Non Refundable) payable in favour of DDO. Radio Kashmir. Jammu. The last date of receipt of application is 2nd July 2018 .

The Selection procedure comprises two stages

2. Interview
