Applications on plain paper are invited for the position of Research Assistant (02) for the research project “The Contribution of Media towards Social Security and Poverty Alleviation: A Study of Jan Dhan Yojana in Border Districts of Jammu” funded by ICSSR under Short-term Empirical Research Project (Collaborative Study). 2023.

Applications along with bio data should reach to the undersigned within five (05) days from the date of notification. The positions advertised are purely temporary/part time with monthly emoluments of Rs. 32,000/-per month. The applicants should have Post Graduation in social science discipline (55% minimum) with NET/M.Phil/ Ph.D.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Interested candidates are required to submit their application complete in all respects (including contact number and e-mail Id. Biodata and relevant documents of eligibility) to the office of the Department of Journalism and Media Studies, University of Jammu, 180006, within 05 days from the date of notification.
