JKBOSE Important Notification 2024
It is notified for the information to all the affiliated Govt./Pvt. High / Higher Secondary • institutions falling under Jammu Division including Leh to apply for correction if any, in the Registered particulars as recorded in the Registered Return of the candidates submitted through online mode pertaining to the students of Class 9th for the Session 2023-25, who are going to appear in the Class 10th examination, Session Annual Regular 2025, JD.
The institutions can apply for correction w.e.f 09-05-2024 to 22-05-2024 without any penalty and thereafter correction fee of Rs.200/- per candidate be charged up to 11-06-2024 and the correction cases along with the relevant supporting documents (class 8th Original Marks card + checklist mentioning R.R No.$) be submitted to Divisional office and the concerned Sub/Branch office through offline mode as per annexure ‘A’ appended with this Notification. The Assistant Secretary/s/lncharge Officers of Sub/Branch Office of JKBOSE shall consolidate and verify the same as per 8th class marks card and forward all such eligible cases to the R.R Section, JD in hard copy as well as in soft copy fin Excel format Only at the [email protected] strictly as per Annexure-A.
Note :-
a) The Head of the Institution shall ensure to take out the print of RR checklist for checking of corrections, if any, in the checklist which shall be kept in the records for future reference.
b) In case the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date.
